RIVILE ERP Implementation Consultant

Your responsibilities:

Implementation of the business management and accounting system Rivile ERP for new clients:

• Management of the implementation project: planning, organizing, execution, closure.
• Communication with all stakeholders.
• Performing necessary configurations, data import/export, etc.

Providing support to existing clients using the new accounting and business management system Rivile ERP:

• Consulting on how to use the Rivile ERP product to solve the client’s business and accounting issues.
• Configuring the Rivile ERP product according to the client’s needs.
• Identifying programming needs, transferring them to developers, testing, and training the client.
• Product training and presentations.
• Working remotely by connecting to clients’ workstations.

Nature of work:

Remote work by connecting to clients’ work environments.

We expect that you:

• Have higher or advanced education in accounting, mathematics, IT, or other exact sciences.
• Are able to work independently, responsibly, and diligently.
• Quickly orient yourself in various situations and have strong problem‑solving skills.
• Understand accounting and business management processes.
• Can clearly consult clients and help them find the most suitable solutions.
• Can translate client needs into concrete tasks for the IT team and manage the entire solution implementation process.
• Ideally have at least 3 years of experience in implementing or consulting in the field of business management and accounting systems, or are a highly advanced user capable of independently adapting these systems to a company’s needs.
• Are able to coordinate tasks and their execution.
• Have English language skills at no lower than B2 level.
